How do we get started?
Contact me either using the form or email me directly at sam@samanthajenningsfitness.com and let me know what you need help with! Based on your needs, experience level and schedule we’ll decide if in-person or remote training is the best option for you.

Where am I located? Can I come to you?
I am located in Orleans in the Cardinal Creek subdivision at Old Montreal Rd and Cardinal Creek Drive. Due to the nature of my work schedule and home commitments, I am unable to travel to your home.

Do you need to sign any forms or contracts?
I am a no-contract business so you are not locked into anything. The only form you will be required to sign is a standard liability waiver.

What are the hours of operation? *
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM to 1:00PM
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

How are sessions scheduled and rescheduled?
Sessions are scheduled on a monthly basis on an agreed upon time. If we choose Monday at 9:00AM and Thursday at 10:00AM, those are your timeslots. We will be as proactive as possible about scheduling around any appointments or vacations that would cause a conflict and aim to get all the sessions completed in the same month. Sessions will not be “bumped” to the next month except for extenuating circumstances.

What forms of payment are accepted?
You will receive an invoice to be paid by e-transfer to sam@samanthajenningsfitness.com

What is the cancellation policy for sessions?
Sessions that are cancelled up to 24 hours in advance will attempt to be rescheduled within the same billing period. Sessions cancelled in less than 24 hours notice or no-showed will be forfeit. Extenuating circumstances will of course be taken into consideration.

What if I need to pause or stop training entirely?
You are able to pause or stop training at any time. Because this is a no contract business you are not locked in to any commitments. If something happens like a family illness, injury, or long vacation, we will pause your sessions and resume when you are able to return. If you need to stop training for any reason, we will finish any sessions already paid for and you will not be billed any further.
