In-Person
For those who want that one-on-one connection
Call it an exercise or therapy session, we will spend our time getting in a customized, effective workout. Taking place in my home studio, sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes utilizing:
- Free Weights (2.5lbs up to 63lbs)
- Squat Rack, Bench Press, Barbell, Landmine, Leg Extension, Hamstring Curl
- Full-Body Bowflex Resistance Machine
- Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, TRX, Plyo Box, Ab Mat, Rogue Echo Bike, Mobility Equipment (foam roller, massage balls, etc.)
Available from Monday to Friday.

Remote
For those who need guidance
Ever wanted to have a coach in your pocket? This option is for those who like to get the work done on their own, but want a customized program and the guidance of a personal trainer. Someone to answer questions on the spot, send videos for feedback, or to ask, “Should I workout today?” when you’re feeling sick. Whether its workouts and how much to lift, or nutrition advice and what to eat, remote training is an affordable and convenient way to achieve your goals.
- 4 week customized programs to follow on your own with accountability check-ins
- Designed the equipment you have available (bands at home, full access to a gym, or somewhere in between!)
